  • Built Gemini-powered drug reconciliation: matches above 90% confidence are auto-resolved; lower-confidence results enter human review.
  • Designed a four-tier payment ledger, A/R aging automations and a natural-language planner producing structured PostgreSQL filters.
  • Implemented encrypted direct-to-S3 uploads, passkeys, TOTP MFA, step-up authentication and batched audit processing with verified S3 archives.

  • Built a multi-tenant insurance verification platform serving 50+ clinics and processing 150,000+ verifications in production.
  • Integrated Open Dental PMS through bidirectional FHIR/API workflows, reducing per-patient manual entry from approximately 15 minutes to seconds.
  • Moved PDF generation, email and eligibility checks into Redis/Bull workers; containerized deployment with Docker and PM2, cutting deployment time by 40%.
